The terms and conditions outlined here apply to all DEX bookings made through the fulfillment centre Kompas Express | DubaiStop and are in addition to the standard DEX terms and conditions set forth by Emirates.
BOOKING CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE
DEX packages can be booked only once you have purchased your Emirates ticket. Request a quote and connect with our centre, by clicking on the ‘Get Quote’ link on the home page or by e-mailing us at info@DubaiStop.NET. You will receive a personal quote, applicable to your Emirates ticket, along with an option to convert in booking, if so desired.
CANCELLATIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
Cancellations of confirmed packages up to 4 days prior to arrival are subject to a $75 administration fee per booking, imposed by the fulfillment centre Kompas Express | DubaiStop with no exception, even in cases where a DEX package would be otherwise refundable by Emirates. No refund will be given for cancellations within 72hrs of arrival. In cases where the total value of the purchased services exceeds $ 1000, the administration fee per booking will be raised to $125. During unusual situations of Force Majeure, we reserve the right to substitute cash refunds with credit vouchers.

- Handle ‘Dubai Connect’ free layovers (STPC-paid by Carrier) > contact Emirates Reservations
- Change existing Emirates tickets to accommodate stopover period > contact Emirates Reservations
- Process Dubai visa applications > apply on Emirates.com
- Make ad hoc restaurant or spa reservations > contact your travel professional
